Over a minimum commitment of three months, participants follow a proven framework that combines consistent job applications, personalised career optimisation, and ongoing mentor accountability. The program focuses on disciplined execution, ensuring that every participant actively progresses toward securing a role.

Inside the accelerator, you will complete a structured 90-day job sprint, submit 20–25 targeted job applications weekly, and continuously refine your CV and LinkedIn profile to meet industry standards. You will also participate in bi-weekly mock interviews to strengthen your confidence and performance in real hiring scenarios.
